Cheap & Good: Unique yong tau foo ingredients at Bukit Merah eatery
Fong Yong Tau Foo started at the former Pearls Centre in Chinatown in the 1990s and has been operating in Bukit Merah Central for more than a year.
SINGAPORE – Yong tau foo is not usually my dish of choice.
If I do eat it, I am either sick and in need of something plain and soupy or the stall offers a robust spicy soup and interesting ingredients. It has not been easy to find a good stall to satisfy the latter craving.
